DRYV2 utility model

1. Purpose

DRYV2 is intended to facilitate payment for eligible services supplied or arranged by BOVILLUS FINANCE. It provides no redemption, asset, reserve, equity, debt, revenue or profit rights.

Utility is limited to services expressly designated by Bovillus Finance. Holding DRYV2 alone does not entitle a person to a service, discount, allocation, governance right or future product.

4. Acquisition and price

DRYV2 has no issuer-set price. A quoted market price may be unavailable, volatile or materially affected by a small trade. Uniswap is a third-party protocol and is not controlled by Bovillus Finance.

5. Supply and administration

The on-chain contract state is authoritative. No representation is made here that minting is decentralised or governed by token holders. Administrative authority, treasury concentration and future supply actions are material risks.

6. No backing or redemption

DRYV2 does not represent or confer any claim on property, collateral, custody holdings, reserve accounts, oracle values or other assets. Tokens cannot be presented to Bovillus Finance for fiat or asset redemption.

7. Intended legal and economic character

DRYV2 is designed and made available solely as a consumptive utility token for eligible services. It is not designed, offered or marketed as an investment contract, security, share, debt instrument, collective-investment interest or right to profits. It carries no ownership, creditor, dividend, governance, revenue-sharing or appreciation entitlement. These statements describe intended functionality and do not guarantee treatment under any law; classification depends on applicable law and the facts and circumstances.

8. U.S. Persons and distribution restrictions

DRYV2 is not offered or sold to U.S. Persons. For this restriction, “U.S. Person” includes any natural person resident in the United States, any entity organised or incorporated under United States law, and any person acting for the account or benefit of such a person. No person may access, acquire, promote, resell or distribute DRYV2 in a manner intended to evade this restriction. Other geographic, sanctions and eligibility restrictions may apply.
