User terms
Provider
These terms are published by BOVILLUS FINANCE, Sovereign Nation (“Bovillus”). The specific governing law and dispute forum applicable to a paid service must be stated in the relevant service agreement or invoice. This page does not invent or substitute a national forum.
Informational website
The website is informational and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, investment recommendation or guarantee of availability.
Token characteristics and intended classification
DRYV2 is intended solely for consumptive use with eligible Bovillus services. It is not designed, offered or marketed as an investment or security; it is not pegged, asset-backed or redeemable and provides no ownership, creditor, profit, dividend, governance, revenue, appreciation or reserve rights. This describes the token’s intended functionality and is not a guarantee of classification under any law. Applicable authorities and courts may reach conclusions based on the relevant facts and circumstances.
Service payments
DRYV2 is accepted only under an invoice or service agreement that expressly permits it. A blockchain transfer without an eligible invoice does not create a service entitlement.
Third-party protocols
Uniswap, wallets, RPC providers and block explorers are independent third parties. Bovillus does not control their availability, quotes, execution or security.
U.S. Person restriction
Bovillus does not offer or sell DRYV2 to U.S. Persons. For this restriction, “U.S. Person” includes any natural person resident in the United States, any entity organised or incorporated under United States law, and any person acting for the account or benefit of such a person. Users must not circumvent this restriction through an intermediary, wallet, VPN, nominee or secondary transfer. All users must comply with applicable laws, sanctions, geographic restrictions and third-party terms.
Risk acceptance
Transactions are generally irreversible. DRYV2 may lose all value. Users bear wallet, key, gas, price-impact, liquidity, tax and regulatory risks.
